Dear {FIRST_NAME

I am  pleased to let you know that I will be at Chase Meadow Community Centre on Wednesday 21st October from 11:00am-12:00pm.

I will be available to talk about any concerns you may have in the local area, if you want to tell me about something that is or has happened near to where you live, or you may just want to have a chat.

I can also give you practical crime prevention advice, from basic hints and tips to more detailed strategies on how to help you lower the risk of becoming a victim of crime.

I look forward to meeting you so please feel free to stop by for a chat or to report issues of concern.
